Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues.
  • Assist clients with the integration and setup of our marketing software.
  • Document and track support requests and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the development team to address and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their use of our software.
Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
  • Experience with marketing software or CRM systems is a plus.
Educational requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. *Optional, but preferred, not so much the paper degree, but the Knowledge (Tai Lopez voice)

Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and software.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
